Lutheran Social Services of New York has selected EthicsPoint to provide you with a simple and risk-free method to anonymously report activities related to financial matters or risk and safety issues that may violate local, state or federal laws or Lutheran Social Services of New York's policies. Activities that do not fall into these categories should be reported to appropriate supervisors. If you do not feel comfortable expressing concerns to a supervisor, direct your report to the director of human resources.

After you complete your report you will be assigned a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 5-7 business days, use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or questions.
